Rules are very simple. Click on the country name who's flag you see. At certain levels you get some bonuses. You can use the bonuses, when its icons in the left down corner is active. For the pass-bonus, press 1 or click on its icon, and you pass the actual flag. For the time-bonus, press 2 or click on its icon, and you get some extra time. For the help-bonus, press 3 or click on its icon, and one wrong country-name reveals.
